Yea it’s normal but it’s uncommon in Asian countries. In some countries, they have a lot of children like 5+ where it’s common for women to still be giving birth at older ages but in countries where you are only having 1-3 kids, they usually have the, around their 20s or maybe 30s. I’m not sure about other places in the world tho. My mom had me and my sister in her 20s and my relatives and family friends would find it very odd if she decided to have another child now when she is in her 40s
