Outstanding! I put together a pencil case for the first time and I learned quite a bit of better technique from this video. I do have a couple of questions about your way of making it: 1) Why did you make the gusset two pieces and glue them, instead of just cutting it out as one piece? Was it to conserve leather or does it help with putting the case together? 2) I may have missed it, but the quilting isn't stitched down: does the quilting last long just being molded into the leather? Its an amazing piece! I love that the ends are flared out so that it stands straight up instead of tilting. That's genius!

Thank you. 1) You are right. I didn't want to waste the leather so I divided it into two parts. 2) The quilting is very firm so it will last a long time without sewing. Please keep up the good work.
