“As I fall down, I’m enveloped in happiness. I know despair no longer.” Thinking about this being from Zakuro’s perspective during the Looking-Glass Insects end almost made me cry. This ending song is so good.

Whenever I listen to this song It makes me cry a lot, zakuro's chapter was the most painful for me, I relate to zakuro a lot and when I got to her chapter, It hurt a lot. I can't listen to this song without crying, sca-di truly nailed It when making this game, it was the only game that managed to make me cry. Congratulations sca-di, subahibi is going to be the game that will always be number one for me and i will remember everything I learned with this game for my entire life.

At this point in the game I was still pretty convinced there were real supernatural elements and reincarnation gimmicks going on in the main story so I was kinda expecting the angel warriors to come into existence somehow or for suicide to be some sort of pathway into the next life, and I also believed Zakuro's story would have some sort of uplifting ending after all the horrific things the game put her through. Then the credits rolled and this song comes on, making it heartbreakingly clear just in what way she was becoming an angel. Poor thing..
@mc-kq3jy Жыл бұрын
I thought of a supernatural element being embeded in subahibi multiple times too, i just accepted it, untill i realised the answer within end sky 2, dtrh1 reread aswell as kohd and fuck u could say the other 2 endings aswell 😂 they indicate that anything is possible, however, the world they see is the world, ‘so don’t hesitate infront of an incomprehensible existence or scenery’ (tomosanes words), and thus we get our answer

The lyrics to this song are so... painful. They come from a place of knowing. It's such a tragedy that IF you know, then you have an experience that's self-isolating: that it's difficult to talk about those thoughts or to find others who also share them. But if you know, then your perspective is a unique one that's also powerful. It has such raw potential to bring out compassion because you [actually] get it. Zakuro's story is such a tragedy that thinking about it still hurts me. But knowing that so many people feel compassion for her makes me think her corpse really did become an angel.

@Jarednhk4 жыл бұрын
What is the wordplay might I ask? If you care to explain
@Youkai94 жыл бұрын
"Zakuro no kajitsu" is translated to "The pomegranate's fruit" (which is correct I believe), but it loses double meaning because "Zakuro" is obviously the name of the girl.

Vrga...
@Devilextremeful3 жыл бұрын
