I know a lot of people were mad that Sunoo was picked over K, but realistically I feel that Sunoo matched the group better. Not saying that K wasn't great but I feel like it wasn't going to be a fit for him. Thankfully he is debuting in the Japanese group from Hybe Japanese Label but a lot of people came at Sunoo calling him untalented and I didn't feel that. I think they made the right choice of picking Sunoo as you can see the meaning of enhypen, and the theme of island is connection & growth. Sunoo had great relationships with others and he tries to stay positive too even tho we know he had health problems in the past and he was still in a bit of recovery when he was in island, he showed how passionate he is, and he was from ground but he made it to iland without loosing the badge he was the definition of growth. He has great singing skills, he has great facial expressions and he doesn't lack in dancing too. There's so many things I wanna add and say but I think this is enough to prove that having Sunoo as the last member of Enhypen is a very great decision, a decision that the producers will never regret, and I know Sunoo will prove to you all that he was worth of being choosen it may not be now but soon.

And yes "he only gets first place when it's a global voting",that statement is true but let's not forget that he didn't drop or took off the badge. And this is also my opinion, I think K is more likely a soloist for me but I am glad that he's debuting as a Japanese idol under hybe. I'm glad he didn't give up on his dreams.

I don't think they understood the power of personality & vibe when it comes to being an idol. Sunoo is positive & shiny & sassy & it helps him with his expressions & his drive to do well. It's not all about perfect execution vocally, & dance-wise - not to say that Sunoo doesn't do well, but in comparison to his members I think this is why they didn't understand his popularity. Performance is also a communication with the audience, which Sunoo excels at the most out of all the members. It's like he's really looking at me through the screen being himself. Enhypen themselves realize this & have pointed it out that if it weren't for Sunoo they would have a hard time.

I'm a 24 year old man and the last K-pop group I stanned so hard for was EXO back in 2012. I grew up and lost interest after a few years. I didn't really pay attention to any other K-pop group since then. But here I was flipping through KZbin Shorts and saw Enhypen's Cafe En-O'Clock episode and noticed the very handsome cashier. He had this unique sassy personality I had never seen in any other male K-pop artist and he wasn't afraid to show it. It quickly grabbed my interest. To cut the story short, I was sucked into K-pop again and not a day goes by where I don't watch Sunoo/Enha-related content. This was the best decision those producers ever made. Testament to this is Sunoo getting the loudest and longest cheers in their America tour stops. Love this freaking guy so much.

I personally think the last episode was fixed. It's just like what happened with Chaeyeon in Produce48. It was so obvious that she would get a high rank because she's one of the most popular contestants but they placed her 12 for more exposure since last place usually takes the most attention. Sunoo was consistent and has always had lots of fans and suddenly he'd dropped to less than a million votes. The moment he was announced as the producer's pick despite K being the obvious favorite throughout I-land just felt so fake. Sunoo probably ranked higher but for the sake of the finale not being cliche, they had to create a plot twist by placing Sunoo last to provide thrill since everyone was already expecting him to debut.

After watching, iland and watching their activities make me realize Ni-ki is comfortable with sunoo the most. Since they are the closest in Enhypen, they may tease each other a lot out of habit. This was so stressful, honestly... I loved and rooted for all 3 finalists, but Sunoo was my favorite from the start. He was always chosen as the fan favorite, so in the final voting I voted for other members because I thought he was already safe. When he didn't make it through fan voting I started panicking, I'm so so glad the produers chose him, he's a vital part of enhypen

this is true and we're the same by the way. I became a fan when they're already formed. The one that got my attention first was NiKi but I never really intended to support them since I an ARMY for 8 years, for me I don't need any idols anymore but after knowing Sunoo I just can't leave that sunshine alone. I feel like he needs all the love and support in the world. That's why here I am supporting them especially him eventhough I thought I wouldn't support anyone other than BTS 😂

k is too perfect of a choice- he was a lil too old and a lil too much of a standout and leader on the other hand, daniel is just too young. he has plenty of time to debut whether as a soloist or a part of another group where he can maybe become leader. sunoo is a fan favorite and blends in well w enhypen but also stands out

I'm new to Enhypen, and my bias is Sunoo. I love his smile, personality, his reaction and everything about him. When I saw him in TikTok I find him cute, sweet and adorable. That time I told myself that I want to protect his smile no matter what happen. That's why I am here to get to know him.

I think Sunoo must feel pressured whether he should be happy or not because he must believe K would be chosen instead of him. But the probability of him debuting is also higher because of his stable performance and got a lot of charm. He's such a multi character which not all the members can do. I think that was also why producers chose him despite his popularity. Just look at now, he's a world wide artist now. No doubt . He captures a lot of attention with his talent and charm that one of the reasons Enhypen can go further. It is just frustrating because he doesn't get better treatment yet from some people.

i know that k debuted in &team but i feel like daniel really did his best too , he didnt even get mad when the members were called , he was just straight up happy for them. hopefully he finds his place somewhere in this industry, if he still does want to be an idol ofc.

I started to stann Enhypen right on them debut, that's when I heard of them, so I missed the whole show, but it keep going to show me clips in tiktok of I-land and sunoo was the first to get my attention, I could see very inside of him because he is very transparent Idk, I almost feel like I was looking throu his eyes and I feel like yk, it's the kind of person who you would trust for ever, his aura his amazing , that captivated me, he was very sincere and kind to everyone mostly, I'm happy that he debuted because he was really born to be an idol, he has the opportunities to grow better and show the talent he has, Idk why there was a lot of people who didn't believe in him when he really was someone who keep fighting even when they took away his hope and his confidence . I really love him, like, is the person I will never be able to live with without her now.😭💗

Everyone switched up all of sudden , at first everyone said K fits the members so well then after Enhypen debuted “ k wouldn’t fit at all “ well duh not anymore you’re used to seeing them as 7 with Sunoo so of course you don’t think K would fit . Prior to the final lineup being announced everyone thought he would fit as an older hyung , choreographer, main dancer , sub vocalist, some even went as far as to say leader along with names lkke Heeseung , and Jay . At this point stop comparing K and Sunoo , those are two different type of artists.

I think sunoo was the perfect choice for enhypen and the producers saw that. he fit everything, the style, he had a good attitude and he got along well with the other members. i didn’t really like k from the getgo, i thought he was arrogant. talented, but because he knew he was talented, he came off as thinking he was better than everyone else. that and with heesung as the eventual leader, they would’ve clashed too much
