In today's exercise we want to differentiate three planes in watercolor. When painting on a smooth surface, it is necessary to simulate the depth. Several resources can be applied but in this case we focus on three:
-Size. The size of the objects that will be reduced in the distance.
-Friads and Warm. The use of pigments (or mixtures), colder in the background and warmer in the first planes. Following the norm that warm colors approach and cold recede (there are always exceptions).
-Density of the Mixtures. The use of more pigment in the first planes, making denser mixtures than those that are placed in the background planes. In these, more water is added.
