English Village: Discover the Untouched Beauty of Cold Ashton

I went to school here from 1957- 1963….from infant to primary age….Was confirmed by Rev Hughes at age 11 yrs in that Church. I have idyllic memories of a wonderful childhood there. Please understand this village underwent a name change during this time. Always called COLD ASTON, Then changed to ASTON BLANK. in 1960. Cold Ashton is another place entirely. I believe it is now reverted to its previous historical name…as in the Doomsday Book…COLD ASTON. Thankyou for your beautiful vids, I am now 73 yrs old and remember every stick and stone….I walked 5 miles there and back to my Farm at Aylworth, most days 😂

Salutations from Canada thanks for sharing this video about life in an English village, I absolutely love seeing horses in Canada they are only seen on private farms or the RCMP use them in certain events or at a wedding being used for the carriage after the bride and groom are married 😀
