Your dwarf, Putin has managed to pull the curtain down again closing Russia off from the outside world. Limited access to entertainment, music, sports including competing in the Olympics. Life here goes on with college and NFL Football and all the things that make life interesting. You get drone strikes, a collapsing economy with the slow poison of western sanctions.
