I thought I'd also post a list of vocabulary words and phrases from the dialogue that you might not be familiar with to help you understand it better:) "HOA (Homeowners Association)": A group of people in a neighborhood who make rules to keep the area looking nice, like making sure lawns are cut or houses look good. "Hassle": Something that's annoying or takes a lot of effort, like waiting in a long line or dealing with a problem. "It’ll take some getting used to": This means something feels strange or new at first, but after some time, it will feel normal. "To bring up": To start talking about something. For example, “I want to bring up an idea.” "To keep something out of sight": To hide something so no one can see it. "I get the whole ‘neat and tidy’ thing": This means, “I understand why you like things to be clean and organized.” "To catch someone later": A casual way of saying goodbye, like “I’ll see you later.”
