Thank you Mr Keith. I sticked to your advice and thankfully I've got 7 in IELTS speaking. The most vital piece of advice you gave is to be yourself, and just go with the flow, only then would you find yourself speaking naturally without thinking much .

My fav is to go from strength to strength because it is easy to remember and positive. I hope my children go from strength to strength in their reading comprehension skills, as well as social skills.

i think i need to pull my fingers out as really need to pull out all the stops in my ielts examination. thanks to your astounding teaching techneniques i am going from strength to strength. however, i need to stop talking through my hat and began to sound a fluent speaker. Moreover, i need to take care from getting off on the wrong foot in my examination day. as my work is cut out for me i need to pull my fingers out, i hope this will save me from playing it by ear. it really gets my goat when i am speaking on the spur of the moment and my speech tends to be as if i am talking through my hat. it really puts my back up. but now am planing to pull my fingers out. thank you.

One of my favorite idioms in your video is go from strength to strength. Here is my example for it. At first, when I started learning English, I found it exceedingly challenging for me. After some time, thanks to watching Keith's videos everyday, my level has gone strength to strength.

My examples for the 10 Easy Idioms : #1. To get off on the wrong foot : Due to my origins and my lack of knowledge of the Western culture, i usually great my colleagues at work every single day. I was not know that act would got me off on the wrong foot with them. I apologized for my behaviour and they just understood me. #2. To put someone's back up : The judges really put people's back up when they announced Tyson Fury as the winner of the Battle of the Baddest last night instead of Francis Ngannou who knock him out and widely dominated during the fight. #3. To pull your finger out : John is lazying so that he might present the resume of his survey. He just need to pull his finger out otherwise he will start to put the boss's back up. #4. To have your work cut out : I attended to the final exam after the first topic has been launched 30 minutes ago. The supervisor gave me just 15 minutes to recover the loosing time so i had my work cut out to get this first part done in such a time. #5. On the spur of the moment : I was in my hurry to get into a taxi when on the spur of the moment, my beloved ex girlfriend grabbed me in my back loudly shouting my name. #6. To play by ear : Mike have not prepared his speech for this sketch. The director is worrying but we know that Mike used to play by ear and always perform well. #7. To pull out all the stops : My mom is sick for several years. Doctors are pulling out all the stops to treat and heal her. Maybe she'll get out of the hospital this month #8. To talk through your hat : Hey Keith, do you want to know who is usually talking through his hat ? Just try to meet a drunkard. #9. To go from strength to strength : As the doctors are pulling out all the stops to treat and heal my mom, i guess she will go from strength to strength as soon as possible if God wills. #10. To get your goat : None of us did his homework and that indiscipline really got our teacher's goat. I've tried my best. Thousand thanks to Mr Keith !

Play by ear is an easy one, musicians and instrumentalists usually play their pieces referring to a written score in order to present the music precisely. But one decides to play it by ear means he or she is not gonna play it as what is written in the score.
