Madam, I am from Sri Lanka. I watched your videos, and they are truly excellent. I would like to learn English from you, starting from the basics. How can I do that? I believe the best way to learn English is by practicing it practically. If possible, do you have a method to teach English in such a practical way? How can I proceed with that? Please help me, Madam. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Thank you for your helpful video, Ms. Claire!(^-^)/ Can't we use 'ask someone out' to invite someone to go outside together, not only to go on a date, but also to go for a walk, go shopping, go to play football, and so on? 🙄 I'll use 'ask for', not 'ask' when I need a request or a help. 😀 Thank you again!(^-^)/

No, to ask someone out means in a romantic context! 🤓
@Tassos30
@Tassos30 2 ай бұрын
Yes the verb can connect with the conditional- if. For example I ask her if she wants to go for a walk together. Or I asked for her to go for a walk together.

How slow when you are speaking in this video compared to usual?
@EnglishTeacherClaire

I don’t think I’m speaking too slowly compared to normal. Is it easy or difficult to understand? 🙂
@dodo-hx3ji
@dodo-hx3ji 2 ай бұрын
@@EnglishTeacherClaire Oh, really? I thought you were speaking slowly for learner. If that was correct, I was going to tell you that please speak as usual so that we can practice listening part about real speed of native speaker. But as you said, if it was not too slow, for me, quite suitable speed. It was easy to understand. Thank you for answer and uploading good content for us.
