Many of these questions can be viewed in more ways than one. I became bored with this and only got halfway through but what got me to look at this was the question that had Biden, Obama, Kamala, and Trump. One could say Trump is the odd one because he is the only Republican or one could pick Kamala for 2 reasons. She is the only woman or she is the only one whose first name is given. Whatever your solution is, please note: it is not the only correct answer.

My alternative "correct" answer was/is CAULIFLOWER, because there are red potatoes, red tomatoes, red peaches, and cauliflower is white. Not in the UK. The word is spelt "matt" and means "(of a colour, paint, or surface) dull and flat; without a shine". I have never seen the spelling with the "e" on the end so, if it exists in the UK, it must be very uncommon.

17: if you're talking about words and not people, then Trump in the only single syllable word. If you're talking about people, then Trump is the only one that wasn't a Senator. So that's twice as many cases for Trump over Kamala.

Comparing words, Obama is the only one beginning with a vowel. But when it comes to odd one out, Trump has an endless list of oddities, and none of them good.

#7 I might see choices A C and D, as words of movement or action and saw as a word of vision, unless saw is the action of slicing through a piece of wood. Perhaps it's me that has the single-minded focus and not the broad spectrum approach needed to provide a substantial challenge. There's three or four questions including the tomato/fruit issue and others that tell me you're not serious. Sorry, you are the odd one out, and I'm going to hang my hat on my own lone correct answer. One caveat, if this test is presented by somebody in the first couple years of high school, good job... but run it by a friend first (Peer review)or AI before you publish it. And please, keep trying even though the peanut gallery sometimes is critical.

@@davidlamarche6957 I already did with the USDA because my uncle grows them and the USDA buys them from my uncle who is the farmer and the USDA classifies them as vegetables sometimes other places May list them as fruit but if you want to make a tomato pie go ahead if you think it is a fruit let me know how it tastes

You may call the USDA in America and they can give you a more definitive answer. They did tell me that some people claim they can be a fruit and some people say they can be a vegetable but under the USDA in America they are considered a vegetable but you can consider it however you want

Many years ago my biology teacher told me there's no such thing as a vegetable. One is a leaf, one is a stalk, one is a tuber.. there are other categories, but it was so long ago I honestly don't remember all of them. But to be told there was no such thing as a vegetable when I was 15 years old made me wonder what the heck else were they lying about in all my years of schooling. The teacher explained it just made it easier for humans. Do you want your parents saying, "hey kids let's go have some leaves, and stalks, and tubers!" Nah, they want to say, "let's go have our vegetables!" ☮️

Believe it or not tomatoes were considered a vegetable by power of a Supreme Court decision in the 1890’s.. Nix v Hedden.. They were be classified as vegetables for the purposes of trading and tariffs… crazy but true!
