Good morning, Pranam Sir,I asked a question you about sentence which is " He came running to me." I also received a satisfactory answer. Yes Sir,no problem.I am satisfied,Ok .A very good news about it today I am reading an English Grammar named"Applied English Grammar and composition"by P.C.Das.The grammar is based on Nesfield,Wren and Martin. When I am at page 190,found a sentence "They went away laughing." and then at page 677 I found four sentences 1.He came running at top speed.2. The hunter came bounding to the hunter.3.I have seen him riding away on a horse.4.We met a girl carrying a basket of flowers. Ok Sir. according to me in these sentences first verb is a finite verb , second verb is a participle and it acts as an adverb and there is no any noun.Am I right ? I only want to confirm with your help.If I am not right , please don't mind and write four or five lines about it with a Little anxiety.
