Thanks so much, teachers! Listening to podcasts about various topics is one of the best ways for me to improve my listening skills. And I think it is more useful to have the transcripts/ a PDF for vocabulary to download. I saw your link attached in the description box, but it seemed to be broken and I can not access to it. I think this topic is really interesting to talk about because I'm agree with all the stuff discussed in this video and I can relate with it, when I was more younger I was really addicted to my phone to the point that I didn't want to do anything else than being on the phone all day, but when I turned like 18 years I started to think to myself that what I was doing would not get me anywhere. Ever since I started to use my phone more efficiently and the proof of that is that I'm studying English, hopefully I'll get my first job the next month even though I still have a long way to go

Luckily for me, as I'm a bit older, I got my first smartphone when I was 24 so I was able to control myself a bit better.
