Block someone's view is a phrase. I am correcting the sentence you have formed: "The bushes have blocked my view." But this English sentence is not the direct interpretation of the Tamil sentence you have given. Your Tamil sentence is... "புதருகளால் (புதர்கள் இருப்பதால்), அதை என்னால் பார்க்கமுடியவில்லை". In English: "Since bushes are there, I am unable to get a view of that."

Welcome! For better clarity, it is better to say what is THAT, which could be a house or shop or vehicle like a car or bike. E.g. Since bushes are there, I am unable to get a view of that car.
