Hello, Teach thanks for this content. I was conducting my class a while ago, and I have an internet problem but I was still able to conduct the class for more than 15 min. Now, the Lesson Status states that it was Cancel w/Notice. But I haven't sent any reason or prof about what happened. What should I do now teach? Thank you for your response.

Hi teach! Sadly, you have to at least conduct a class for 20 mins :< You should contact tutor support immediately and let them know what happened. They will send you a link where you can file for monetary exemptions. You can attach proof of the internet problem (listed in the video) as you fill it out or you can send it when the proof is available already. But what's important is to reach tutor support immediately!!

Hi ... I have been part of engoo for 1 month now and this week a terrible thing happened to our neighbors he lost his little daughter who was 7 years old . We have a tradition that after 7 days they invite you to some lunch... but I didn't know that they will invite our whole family so in sign of respect I wanna go ,so I have to cancel 2 class , but I am scared of what happens next . I haven't understood clearly how much money you loose per cancelation and if that affect your tutor page like if someone books you or not . If it possible please help me clarify. Thank you !

Im so sorry to hear this. For cancellation of classes, as long as you cancel before or during the time of your class, you will have very minimal penalty. In the Philippines, its just ₱20 per canceled class. Not sure with other currencies. Then you have to make up for those canceled classes by opening at least 24 classes for every one canceled class. Cancellations does not affect your booking. But if u cancel your classes a lot and not make up for it, Engoo will issue a warning. Hope this helps

Hi! Yes I did! You just have to pass your COR and SD within 30 days of account activation. Engoo will provide further instructions about this but the reqs for your COR will be dependent on your BIR branch since each branch differs kasi. Good luck!

If the student cancelled the class 15 minutes before it was supposed to be conducted, then it will be tagged as "no show" and you will still be paid for it :>

Hi Teach! Were you able to inform the TS during the lesson time when you were late for your lesson? Kasi if you were able to inform them na hindi po kayo nakapasok sa class within the 25 minutes of the class, then with notice (P20) po siya. Pero kung wala po talaga and as in hindi po kayo nakapasok talaga, without po siya (P120).

Hi! you can contact tutor support if you want to continue cancelling the class. But, personally, I would advise you to try to conduct them still if you can since it's just 3 classes. But if you really can't then it's completely okay! It's better to cancel it in advance if you're sure na to have the canceled with notice para your penalty is just P20 per class.

Hello! Every cut off ang bilangan ng lessons para ma determine kung may incentives. 6 to 20 and 21 to 5. Example: November 6 to 20 cut off - sweldo sa Nov 30. November 21 to December 5 cut off - sweldo sa December 15 🙂

Hi! It's okay po if you're not able to finish the lesson especially kung maraming questions si student or napahaba niyo yung intro. Just make sure na swabe yung pag end niyo ng class para hindi rude. What I do is after the student shares their opinion about the lesson, I would agree with them and then say na "unfortunately, it's already time. (insert short feedback)"
