What a great idea! Your tags all came out great! I think you can duplicate the shape layer and stack them so it does the cut only with multiple passes (as many as you stacked).

Great amount of information, thank you. The tags all turned out so adorable. My sons name is Meeko, although spelled Miko

I guess if you don’t have engrave you can shrink the plastic, print the name on vinyl at shrunk size and stick on then dome with resin? Great ideas! I make resin dog tags and am new to cricut so this looks a fun project that won’t use tons of resin
@AmyMade2 жыл бұрын
Thank you and yes! I did that with my Disneyland cast member badges;Vinyl adhesive for the texts! The only problem with that is, you can’t go too small

You can duplicate the cut layer and attach to get a second pass, or you can create a custom cut setting.

I love everything you create! They are amazing. Also if it's okay i would like to ask a question: everytime i use uv resin, it gets super bubbly and i couldn't find anything to get rid of them. Could you give any advices?
@AmyMade2 жыл бұрын
Thank you! To battle bubbles in uv resin, you can use a heat gun or a torch! Also letting it rest before curing helps the bubbles to release on their own

You can also set a custom material and set it to repeat the cut a ton of times, which helps. What was the padded tool you used on the jump rings called? I need one! Thanks for great video.

Great video. I'm a newb, but can the Cricut engrave on other plastics? For instance, I have a keychain that has a flat surface that I'd like to engrave line art on, will the Cricut support that? Thanks

Really cool….what does doming with resin mean? Does it mean basically making a little bubble over the top of your piece? With the resin?
@AmyMade2 жыл бұрын
Yes basically!
@kellyjean49812 жыл бұрын
Yes, it’s basically putting a thin layer of resin on top of the piece, to add thickness, protection or shine.

could you possibly duplicate the shape to make it cut more without having to start over every time?

Yes you can. But hatch filling, you have to upload new one each time which gets tedious
