That groove in the laserguard isn't there for the material. It is an air intake so the ventilation fan can provide sufficient airflow and your lense and material aren't dirty from the smoke and soot. ;-)

Hey! I have the laser pecker LP4. I have a small jewelry store and would like to cut out name plates for necklaces out of .8 to 1.5mm of sheet sterling silver and 14k Gold. Do you recommend any cost conscious lasers. The Laser Pecker LP4 just does not engrave deep enough in metal for my customers to love. My customer want the engraving to be deep and in a very similar script like traditional manual Engravers.

Hey quick question: At 6:45 you say you CAN'T do actual raw aluminum, but then immediately show it being engraved? So CAN you engrave raw aluminum or no? To what depth? I need to not just burn out the pigment of the anodizing, but rather dig to a .1mm depth so you can feel it's depth.

Hello Brandon, I am new to laser engraving, and need advice to decide which laser engraver is right for me. I would like to focus on acrylic and glass item for engraving, but not sure on which laser engraver is the best pick for me. Any ideas!

Can it engrave something that isn’t flat?

So I went with the xtool f1, for the lightburn and the fact its far safer and easier to carry. Note you didn't mention the software much if at all and that worries me.

I’ve got the LP3. I love it. but would love to have more setup instructions for the setting when doing glass or just engraving cups. I also have roller platform. Such a let down. The rollers should have been rubber coated because metal cups slide on it. And you can take it apart to add rubber bands and length is very limited. Love the video.

What's the issue you are having with glass?

As ever - a Fast & Furious delivery efficiently covering lots of aspects of the machine.! I have an LP2 and Atomstack A20 and wish I'd waited for LP4, but we can keep waiting and tech is hitting us with fast updates - we cannot keep up.! Keep the utube videos coming.!!!!

Xtool F1 is 4000 a second twice as fast, laser pecker is junk, I had one
@Geoffrey- Жыл бұрын
what made the laserpecker junk, is it just slow
@djs7515 Жыл бұрын
@Geoffrey- it's slow no customer support, take a look at the F1 you'll see why when you compare the two

Recently got the XTool F1 and we love it! The thing I didn’t like about the Pecker is that fume hood. Kind of a pain if you quickly want to do back to back items.

They should have called it PeckerLaser. Market it to the Tattoo industry. Missed opportunity.
