Engraving on a tumbler is something that we wanted to do since we started laser engraving! Now that we have the RotoBoss Jr. rotary attachment, we can do just that! Thank you! In general.....use air for cuts, don't use air for engraving. There will be exceptions from time to time...but for the most part...that is the rule to follow.

How long did the tumbler take to engrave?

I can't remember exactly...but at theses settings, they normally take around 5-6 minutes per tumbler.

Are you using a glasstube or a rw tube. I understand that rw tubes makes finer detail engraving but obviosly there is a big cost difference.

The Nova 35 comes with a glass tube. For us, the detail is pretty great!
