You are right, but if the company has growth prospects, then eventually even with every share prices reducing with every dividend the overall price of share will increase. EFERT in PSX & MSFT in NYSE are 2 examples of such stocks.

Shortage of natural gas in future is also threaten for this sector, may be after 5-7 years . That is also a negative point that consider prior to invest. It is my view only.

I agree to it - that's why, I never put more than 20% in any of the stock despite how good the gains it provide. Moreover, EFERT has another issue which is worries me that profit retention rate is actually -ve, and they give most of the profit as bonus - which is not good for growth. Having said all this, EFERT is still the biggest portion of my portfolio.

It really depends on what current exposure you have with the stock. If you talk to me about this stock - I have got buying of 72 as well - so for me, I might offload some exposure, but if someone has no exposure, they can just buy small amount and keep on adding on monthly basis.

Last 5 years the depreciation PKR against USD around 58% , the Profit gain tax 15% , if repatriat from out side country also bank charges and currency rate apply . I remember one joke when I was young " 3 eggs and 3 desires."😀😀

Not 15% In 3 years on average - return is more 30% year on year if you include stock price appreciation + dividends So in all cases, it had given good returns in USD terms.
