I think the issue is first of all simplifying the expressions before applying the rules, having issues with that

example 3, after the step (A.not(B).C + not(A).not(B).C - if you pull out not(B) from each of the or terms, I get: (not(B)(A.C + not(A)). From the first example, simplifying gives: (not(B).(not(A)+C)).C. Redistribute not(B) --> (not(A).not(B)+not(B).C).C. Distribute C --> not(A).not(B).C + not(B).C.C --> not(A).not(B).C + not(B).C. What makes this solution incorrect compared to the solution in example 3?
