【机智的上半场 Be Your Self】该剧从四名刚刚迈入大学校园的女生视角展开，讲述了她们在大学四年中的成长故事。九月一号，假小子夏朗朗，富家小姐樊潇雨，公主病皇甫淑敏，老干部杨嘉倩这四个不同地方的十八岁姑娘来到大学新闻系报道，开始了她们欢乐的大学生活。四人因为性格和生活习惯不断有摩擦，一同成长和蜕变后，最终相互理解，成为挚友。因想摆脱父亲的束缚，樊潇雨一直想尽办法自力更生，在和师哥范轻舟一起创业的过程中越走越近，明白了如何去爱。皇甫淑敏在和重庆男孩周虞互怼式交往中渐生情愫，在收获爱情的同时也学会了独立。杨嘉倩在一次不小心暴露身份后，决定面对自己，敢于向母亲表达真实的想法。夏朗朗卸下自卑的外壳，也重拾粉红少女心。四人在亲情，友情，爱情中完成了与父母的和解，重塑自我，逐渐长成更好的自己，为大学生活画上了完满的句号。
