I believe Jona and Elaine Duran both have whistle registers as well, correct me if I'm wrong. Even Kiefer from TNT Boys used to have the whistle tone (pre-adolescent). I'm not sure if you have noticed, going to the whistle register, she did that in one breath and held it for 14 seconds while sitting down..
