True. But Henry managed to win dancers like Chun Li, he has a lot of charm and he knows how to get a diverse group of people to work together (like a good Manager). He's likable and funny, Han (calm, focused), Lay (dedicated) and Yibo (intense) have different management styles than Henry and some dancers will like him more for his easy-going personality and creativity.

The contrast between the different teams at the beginning had me laughing. For Lay’s team, everyone’s comfortable with each other and they project very relaxed vibes. Hangeng’s team is so warm and feels like a family. And then we have Henry’s team which looks like a bunch of friends having fun together with Henry placing a lot of emphasis on ensuring that they continue to maintain good vibes. Then comes Yibo’s team where it’s intense with serious talks, but it’s not all that bad because there are times where they’re quite chill too.
