頸動脈 左邊右邊各一根，切下去血噴出來最少還有 60秒 夾住止血。 又是在急診室，20秒內找到 holder/hemostat/kelly 夾住，即可有 一小時以上時間慢慢縫......所以，這算是瑕疵。

Indeed that's why many med students and intern doesn't want to be rotated in er coz for me it is one of most toxic area of medicine and to be assign. You have to not just witty but decisive, you hae to be rapid in respond and very attentive otherwise you may be flooded by the incoming pts. And er dr well i as far as i know they don't have big salaries coz the specialization is not in demand. You can read the top earning specialization. And yet you have you be 24-7 ready in E.R

@@shielaricarte308 或許你是引用你的想法 但是 在臺灣.... 在急診室當主治醫生 每個月薪資所得(實領) 平均約新臺幣15萬以上 換成美金約是5300元.. 如果是主治醫師的隊員 從旁協助的女醫生助理 每個月至少有5~6萬間! 這算少嗎? # 實習生是無法抽成的! 醫院給的薪資多少而定! 當然另有績效 術科獎金 (以上話題 是同學告知~ 我也不太明瞭^^)
