I'm one of those hoping for ISWAK season 3! Yeah, I was hopeful for both of them too. I'm thinking maybe Joe Cheng wasnt matured then. as you can see, they are the opposite of Zhi Shu and Xiang Qin. Ariel Lin was the timid type. And Joe was the "happy-go-lucky" guy. there was a trivia that a few kissing scenes from They Kissed Again were all them and not part of the script :) That alone tells us they were very comfortable being around each other. Maybe, again, just maybe, that's the only "way" they can express their feelings for each other 😍😘

I've just finished watching ISWAK and TKA a few weeks ago and seeing this rn vid makes my heart really saaad. Being a celebrity/actor having so many projects and dramas, it's quite difficult to remember specific lines from a series 10 years ago and with that, I can really sense that Joe still has these feelings for her that's why it still clear in his memory the "confession" lines and reminisces their moments together during ISWAK and TKA, (tho he laughed at the end because he didn't want the atmosphere to get awkward). I wish they were really a couple huhuhuhu😭 btw what's the name of Ariel's spouse?

@Tina Krissy, Tina, everything that Joe said was planned and rehearsed before the show. It was not that he was confessing any feelings to Ariel. Joe had a love partner when Kiss 2 was made. HE RECENTLY GOT MARRIED TO that lover. You need to stop this fantasy that he will somehow marry Ariel. He was never in love with her, never dated her, and he never will.
