I am a native English speaker and I still love watching your videos. You’re super entertaining. Although wouldn’t you say that check in and check into are the same? Check into a hotel, check into a hospital, check into rehab, etc.

For (check into) and (check in).. I think the diffirence between both is that anyone can check in a hotel or plane.. but (into) in the other one has the sensation of admission or being allowed to enter the hospital.. 🤔 You're a great teacher.. and I love you out of bottom of my heart.. thanks a lot..!!!

I think in the second part of your sentence you could say: I wasn't following your lessons for the last few days. Alternatively you could also say: I wasn't following you for the last few days.

Hi Ronnie, you said at some point that you can't never check into a hotel. However, you can find many examples in Google that say otherwise. For instance "My flight arrived late so I had to check into a hotel near the airport". So are these instances regional English and not standard English? thanks
