Hey there. In my country (thailand) deep fried ice cream is actually a popular snack. It’s basically just ice cream wrapped in bread, then put it in a freezer, then deep fry it. You have to do it very quickly or the ice cream will melt. There is no added spicy powder or anything. It’s sort of like a normal ice cream cone, but the cone is covering the whole ice cream. Try it if you want. In my opinion, it tastes really good.
