I understood and liked Totemic choice before changes, but now you get no value from 2/3 Surging totem buffs - not to mention 2 of the Totemic talents are locked as well. Also, we got cucked hard with Windfury ninja nerf (wtf are they thinking? Better buff Feral tho!)

Nice video ! why totemic instead of stormbringer ? It seems like surging totem does not have a lot of uptime and tempest does so much damage but i haven't tested it thoroughly. Also, what do you think of crash lightning ? I was playing it but it was doing close to zero damage (at least less than lava strike or even lava lash) and converging storms is nerfed in PVP (the tooltip is not correct), so I ended up cutting it and playing lava strike instead when i don't have any stormstrike charge left.

I think Totemic vs Stormbringer is just personal choice, i think both bring great value in damage and defense, i prefer totemic just because it has more power behind windfury and the burst damage from sunder if nice. Crash lightning mostly for the secondary effect and also converging storms is nerfed yes but it scales up Storm Blast so it can hit quiet hard, it also allows for quick maelstrom generation and can trigger stormsurge better when there are multiple targets, but id say play what you find works for you

How is it that you're figthing in melee range for so long and you're not immediately exploding like I do?

Not sure how to answer this one, it could depend on the classes you are fighting but also depends on defensive timings as well.
