At 2:10, you had 10 MSW left for tempest with primordial wave buff active. The addon trolled you by making you send a naked lightning bolt instead of sending a primordial wave buffed tempest > lightning rod on mobs followed by two free chain lightnings.

what was your dmg overall. we never see the overall dmg at the end because you always link something xD

What do you mean? He is using the Addon "Hekili".

he is using hekili which it seems a lot of enhancement shamans do right now but there's a rotation guide on both wowhead and maxroll
