These are what I’m practicing right now ,thinking positive because when my thought process is low that is when my body and mind will be the dark energies playground. I’m trying my best and it is really hard but I’m doing my best . I also do my spiritual cleanse everyday no matter how tired I am ,because the more I’m tired and doing nothing the more the bad energies can manifest me . I feel . Through mediation also and positive affirmations,I’m trying 😅…it is hard but God knows I’m trying my best . I do libation ,offering and say thank you to my ancestors daily and never a single day I forget it for a month now . I feel they are hearing me and I feel a little difference in my life . This message is for me especially the food diet ,this is what totally thinking right now .

Thank you. I used to take rude receptionists, flight attendance etc personally and vibrate even lower😂😂😂 Now I know better after understanding that it was not personal at all. I actually asked a shop attendant if she was ok and was surprised at the story behind her behavior. Ndatenda ❤
