Sunghoon and Jay are the happiest on this episode because they really love doing workout. They are all fit and you can see the muscles in their body, I'm sure their PT is taking good care of their body. They are idols that's why their healthy body is one of the things they have to take care of. Heeseung and Jungwon on the first challenge is a crazy one, Heeseung is screaming so loud because it's a difficult one but still he and Jungwon finished it. Sunoo may not seem like a workout person but he's very flexible, I think he has a different kind of workout but still you can see he finished all the tasks that was given to him. Niki and Jake are partners at first, they had a difficult set of workout but still they've finished it.
