I haven’t followed the lore but the lobster on the wall I think can represent many things. The lobster can be a symbol for transformation and also a connection between our physical and emotional selves. I honestly have no idea how it fits but this came to mind. lol 😂 it’s a lobster 🦞 The lobster has many links so the logo for the company Vesselsoft which is legit one of the cover companies they have had ‘jobs’ with through out time. The memorabilia album had the ID’s, trinkets and keepsakes in the tin. Their x account has also posted all their badges with their roles. Also checked some info and vesselsoft was copyright in 1999 so this might be the company front they used around then and would be just before blessed cursed mv era. That mv welcomes in the new year of 2000. Again this mv shows them in suits looks and blowing up what looks like a server room so could be trying in to their exit and destruction or self sabotage of vesselsoft as part of their elaborate plan that they have to hide and live through. Also there is a film called The lobster from 2015 where in a AU you have to find a mate or be turned into an animal of your choice. Colin Farrell and Rachel Weiss star. Singles are taken and locked in hotel if no mate in 45 days you turn. I think in the film there are office workers so that might have been the suits inspiration. And why they are not able to just leave. Smashing the glass because it’s an emergency lol 🚨 Niki has to find love and is trapped and is turning into the lobster. Also in friends the pop culture ref created out of the “you’re my lobster” from the show because they mate for life. It’s hot cause they brought the heat back lol 🔥 Also because lobsters are literally boiled alive they are willing to boil, for their love. They are so distracted at work they can’t even focus waiting for the time at night when they can be with their love. The bites cause they have been bitten by love. Goggles ready to ‘dive in’ The boxing is ready to fight back, the white knitted gloves jungwon has on one has PRIDE on the cuff. They make a BIG mess lol 😂 The knife I think is meant to be the claw but it’s so anime looking too. The idea being he used that power to break out, break the rules and free himself. In the movie the lead escapes and falls for a person outside in forest which isn’t allowed. Could also be the idea of a vampire falling for a human - against the rules etc. They escaped what was a fake construct, a prison that was really about the mental blocks not the physical. Breaking out the box. The illusion of the office environment and the transformation that threatens Niki he turns that power back as they snap out of it and realise it’s night time they are free to meet their love. The moon over the quarry again linking to their constant that is sooha in the webtoon and it’s on the office wall at the start because it’s on their mind and over watching everything. So both want next project but them to have a vacation! Never disappoint on keeping their lore linked but also weaving in new styles, genres and points of view.
