heeseung wrote highway 1009 specifically with engenes in mind, and he’s grateful the first song he produced is enhypen’s fan song 🥹🥹 when he first sang the song with the members during their showcase, he got choked up because it was the first time he sang his own produced song in front of engenes

@@HypeEnha Heeseung composed the music, recorded a demo version with his original lyrics, and showed it to the company, and then, when the company approved the song, he proposed making it a fan song and asked all the members to jointly write new words for the song. This is how the final version of the song appeared.

Oh my you’re making me emotional too during yr reaction to highway 1009,i got overwhelmed by H1009 since Heeseung produced it ,and co-write along with members for engenes, the whole album is just masterpiece. In addition heeseung also got credited as main b/g vocals for 5 songs in the album and jw git credited as lyricist in hundred broken heart. Nonetheless , once again TQSM for yr honest reaction and appreciating them boys, it was always fun to watch💜🫶, they’ve worked so hard to make this full album with tours , covers, brand deals, collab , AOTM (ni-ki) etc. Only praying for their good health and successful cb 🤲🏻🤲🏻

Highway 1009 is so beautiful. I would have loved it even if they hadn't made it for us, but knowing how hard they worked on the song make it even more special. It brings me to tears every time I hear it

I always love watching reactors who are real fans of Enhypen. You express exactly the feelings we went through when we heard it and are genuinely amazed by just how much they continue to grow as a group. This album is truly a work of art and I hope they continue to go far because they deserve it. ❤❤❤

Highway 1009 hits hardddddd when i remember how Jay said "dream a little bigger so you can achieve at least half of it" and really succeeded in making me believe that my future still exists as long as i am still here...made me realize that i don't always have to achieve all my dreams...it's okay to achieve half of them. as long as i have big dreams, half of my dreams will remain visible

Paranormal love is soooo good! I really love the way jake pronounce the word miracle and reversal, it's so addictive, it's so short I need more of paranormal loveeee The way jake started royalty is so insane that should be a crime to sound that good The way it all took a turn from being all groovy and energetic to soft and flowy and emotional when you played 1009 😭their songs always have such meaningful lyrics everytime and it never fails to tear me up, especially if the song is dedicated to us engenes you can really feel the emotions in the song and the things they wanna tell us through the lyrics THE WAY THEY SANG THE ENGLISH VERSION AND THE WAY THEY SPEAK ENGLISH?? DAMN I FEEL SO ATTACJKED RN ESPECIALLY HEESEUNG

highway 1009 is my most fave song of this album. aside from it's a fan song, it is produced and composed by heeseung and all the members participated in writing the lyrics. they love engenes so much ☹️ anyways, i really enjoyed your reaction to the album and i hope you react to their dance practice, relay dance and studio choom xo performance + highway 1009 ( narr ver ) if you have time 🥹🤍

I love that you guys always interpret the lyrics and the whole story of the album as a whole 🙏🏼 i like to call it vampires in love and the whole album since it talks abt love should give you feelings of butterflies in your tummy or uncertainty sometimes and jealousy but also frolicking happily through fields or flowers or a walk on the beach or a drive up the highway. vocally, the boys tried so many styles and it just sounds so amazing overall. i thought i would miss the blood series more, but the romance series has overtaken my life ❤ you guys should hear the fanchant for XO 🤭 the cutest thing in the world, also i don’t care if they perform the english version at usa concerts, i WILL do the korean version fanchant 😅 don’t know how we or enhypen will get through Highway 1009 live without becoming a sobbing mess but im up for the challenge. they are telling us, there’s always tough days and times when it’s hard to get through, but as long as we have each other, we’ll be each others engine to get through😭 also….the XO english version w/ just Enhypen…Heeseung vibrato goes OFF, it’s crazy. :( i hope you find your albums !!!!! pls hopefully whoever’s address it went to they return so they can send to you!!🙏🏼
