The narration part is not only Jake...at the beginning it was Jake then starting at the "death once dead" and ending with the "like its our last breath" is Heeseung... Jay then continued at the "light that blinds and deceive" ....then back at Jake "here, come inside the castle, take everything" Maybe there's a reason why they didn't get Jake to do all the narration. That's kinda sus tho😂

Ok, so I have a few ideas! 1- wolves! Actually, in Dracula, the first indication that Count Dracula is Weird™ is that he seems to control the wolves in the woods around his castle (and it's what locks Jonathan in the castle, since the wolves will kill him if he runs away). Jonathan also narrates to us how the howling of the wolves never stopped, which is kind of the effect Dracula has on them. 2- Phantom of the Opera! So, for this one, i have 2 interpretations. First, it's a play, which ties with the Shakespeare themes and maybe TXT?? Since they do have a stage on Blue Hour jp ver??? Second, the Phantom is a representation of Christine's maturity and development of her desires. He teaches her how to sing so she can become a great opera singer, he sings to her in her sleep, he cherishes her like a woman, and he is in constant battle with Raoul, which is Christine's childhood friend and the one who seems less inclined to listen to her as she is. Raoul keeps talking about their childhood, dismisses Christine every time she mentions the Phantom and eventually, when we find out the Phantom is true, wants to shield her from the threat even though she's the only person who could deal with the situation. The Phantom sucks, yes, and i think this is kind of a morality check as to show women you should always listen to the men in your life or else bad things happen to you yada yada, but it doesn't erase the fact that the Phantom means desire. Wanting something even though it's corrupt. Using the dark to conceal your real satisfactions. So there's that.

hey laina! i noticed a couple of things that i'm not sure if you already picked up on but i wanted to mention them just in case :) 1. someone on twitter slowed down the hype teasers, and if you look really closely, sunoo can be seen in every single one of the members' individual teaser videos. i don't really know what that means but if there's one thing we can all agree on, it's that sunoo is extremely suspicious lol 2. in your enhypen universe video, you mentioned sunoo having two different colored eyes: one brown and one blue. at the very end of heeseung's up version teaser, you can see that he has one brown eye and one blue eye. again, i'm not really sure what the different colored eyes mean but i thought it was important to notice and sorry if you already noticed these! i just thought they were interesting, thank you for the video, it was amazing!

i have a hunch going on with jake.. i think that the fact that he is narrating in the intro and outros of enhypen's albums makes me think that he is overseeing the 'world' that enhypen is in, like an omniscient being or god? that might also be the reason as to why his light color in the hype trailers is blue and not red like the other members, to symbolize that he is different. blue, specifically dark blue, symbolizes power and knowledge. so if he is like an overseer of things that are happening in enhypen's world, then it fits because he has the knowledge of it. but idk man. just a guess :>

In the UP concept photo we can see an statue from the classica period, it can be a goddess such as Artemis. Everybody with an important part in the Drunk-Dazed music video has a link with the statue. Sunoo stand next to it. Sunghoon is listening what it says. Finally, the statue is watching Jake on his back. In the music video, Sunoo puts blood in water, Sunghoon dance in blood BUT Jake overthrew. Jake is also the only member having a "half mask". It can means that he can see more things than the others. Moreover, Artemis is the moon goddess. Does she is the girl with the white dress? If it's true it means that Sunoo is following her and want to have her power.

Wonderful, insightful video as always!! I am so hyped for this comeback, there's already so much to unpack from just the teasers, let alone the actual album content. And a guitar heavy rock track?? Yes please, been craving one of those since Yeonjun's BH teaser (watch that be a snippet from their next album, too. Oh Hybe, why do you do this?) Love the idea that Jake is the one telling their story to us, the viewer. As the narrator, he has a more omnipotent view of things, perhaps reflected by his half-mask? If he really is telling the tale, I wonder how his view of things might "color" the telling of events/portrayals of his friends ... Also, Heeseung's laying on fries photo made me think of Hobi's laying on candy bars in Fake Love. They both are heavily associated with pills, too.

Surprisingly, this is actually easy enough to answer! TXT has a huge focus on opposites that are polarizing. Cat and dog is a good example of this, along with blue orangeade. If you think about the discourse surrounding pineapple on pizza, it’s the same. People are usually either on board with it or hate it. Part of TXTs slogan is “different but together” which is why they used this. People like different things but it doesn’t mean they can’t also be together! But who knows maybe there’s a more direct meaning to it that we’ll see too 👀

i’m not sure about artemis, but apollo looking over the boys reminds me and may also refer to the way apollo looked over ambrogio, who became cursed and became the first vampire so like... although that wasn’t a myth the greeks lived by. but ambrogio was also an italian man. that may be something that enhypen was inspired by considering all the carnival of venice references and the music and stuff. and greece and italy also link to each other- like roman and greek versions of gods and goddesses.

Also one noticeable thing is in let me in video we see that sunghoon was acting like a vampire with his blanket In the CCTV maybe he wanted to fool them( who are watching them) because we can't see vampires in CCTV and his blanket is coloured black while in given taken and the trailer we see it red And that again makes me think that they are different versions of themselves

The outro seems to say a LOT to me.. it is called "wormhole" which according to Google means hypothetical *CONNECTION* between widely separated regions of *space-time* ... and in "let me in" we see junwon going towards something like that and sunoo not being so surprised 🤨 ... IDK but this seems weird to me.. hehe (*awkward laugh) also, sorry for my bad English ... it's not my first language and I am still trying hard to improve.
