Their friendship is such a stereotypical relationship of a boy who teases the person he likes to get a reaction but will be the first one to support them, that they're the most popular pairing for Japanese fans. (Of course, not in the romantic sense, but it's a common dynamic in Japan even among friends so it's not misunderstood. Rest assured they act like that BECAUSE they are such good friends 🙂)

For those saying they're awkward. Please just imagine you and your friends do this in front of millions like enha do. No matter how close I am to someone feeling of being watched increases awkwardness and anxiety. So it's kinda obvious cuz they're still new group. It does not mean they aren't close. Plus giving your friend compliments like that is cringey hahahahha just like heewon said. I honestly can't imagine saying that to her face in front of cameras.
