Unique story and engaging! My only opinion was that at 4:00 you delivered everything I could have asked for; Atlantis! The vegetation and bloomed lighting really was an amazing introduction (10/10) to this narrative scene however, cutting back to the protagonists face almost instantly after the Atlantis introduction pulled me away from the story immediately, and unfortunately completely. It left me somewhat confused and disconnected entirely from what fallowed next. Another small tip; thrift stores are your friend. With not much back story, one could assume these people were accustomed to being in the forest therefor their clothes would not be polished clean while having Frankenstein rips, and entirely new gear. When you're around dirt you generally get covered in dirt. Colour-grading and lighting were both really well done, and huge props to the VFX artists!!! Their smoke sims were both very convincing and good quality, definitely carrying the short, same goes for the makeup artists! I thoroughly enjoyed this and hope you don't mind the critic. Without the small costume design blunder and the editing choice that took me away from the story completely I really do believe this short could have been flawless for its budget! look forward to seeing more!
