കഴിഞ്ഞ 25വർഷമായി ulcerative colitis നു, തൈറോയ്ഡ് നു അങ്ങനെ ഒരുപാട് രോഗങ്ങക്ക് ട്രീറ്റ്മെന്റ് ഇൽ ആയിരുന്ന ഞാൻ ഡോക്ടർ ടെ വിഡിയോ കണ്ട് കുറെ life style change ചെയ്തു. ഇപ്പോൾ എല്ലാം cure ആയി. Cow,s milk allergy ആയിരുന്നു reason.25വർഷം ഞാൻ അനുഭവിച്ച ദുരിതം ഓർത്താൽ പേടിയാകും, എത്ര endoscopy, last സൈക്കിയേട്രിക് മെഡിസിൻ വരെ 1വർഷം കഴിപ്പിച്ചു.56 kg wt. ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന എനിക്ക് 74 kg വരെ ആ dr കാരണം കൂടി. ഇപ്പോൾ dr manoj dr കാരണം എല്ലാം നോർമൽ ആയി പാൽ മാത്രമേ വേണ്ടെന്നു വച്ചുള്ളൂ
