Gatlinburg is only 2 hours from me….A co-worker and I use to go to pigeon forge every other week…we loved the Dixie stampede more than anything. We went in December one time and a part of the ceiling came down with people on it…(part of the entertainment) then it started getting cold and snow flakes start snowing on the audience (probably ice machine making snow shavings) but it was fun. We had a Girls fun day…lol lots of fun things to do there.
