Можно и без мясорубки уже сваренное мясо очень мелко порезать.. Поперёк волокон.. Я так сама делала. Для ребёнка. Но не рубить ножом, а именно порезать.. И с бульоном вместе.. Очень хорошо.

After washing the rice before cooking and with the boiling water during cooking i think the rice is clean and safe...just my opinion...as we did that when i was young...as my father really hate to see rice dropped or scattered on the floor...so i can say it's safe because i'm still alive...67 yrs old😄✌️
