Truly mind blowing! I’ve never seen these ideas anywhere online before! Bravo!!

Bro, dont you know you need a Phd in Engineering to do those projects. Give the guy some credit

I find it funny how people say it has "web server capabilityies", and that is true, but not that it was specificly made for web servers but it just supports wifi and the tcpip stack so it can support any tcp protocol (and even udp iirc), so i could. Also say it has, idk, irc server capabilities, dns, rtsp(?) and many more
All that projects you can do with a lot cheaper esp8266-01 that costs your just 1$

nah the best use-case is building a NAS.. or maybe a web server.. and did you know you can make a crude (albeit one-way and sort of choppy) walkie talkie using ESP-NOW?

mindblowing projects indeed lmfao

Those are nice projects, but they are kind of too simple for the ESP32... They can easily run on the ESP8266 for half the price per module.!

Oh, that clock is interesting. It has me thinking... no display needed. Hook that up to my microwave so it can set its time from NTP!

Instead of using a RTC, why don't we probe a server over the internet to get the time!? Possibly the most overkill thing I've heard in a while.
@Bungadoom4210 ай бұрын
How would an RTC be calibrated anyways? We have some devices that have an RTC but sudden power loss can reset it, so it needs to sync to a server clock every once in a while.

am i the only one who never gives 2 sh@7$ about microcontroller projects or sbc projects that are essentially thermometers, moisture sensors, and other sensors like that. if i want to know the time ill look at one of the billion devices in my line of sight. if i want to know the weather i look out the window, if i wnt to be positive, i go outside and check. These type of projects are always in list of best projects and all you doing is creating something with a poor signal range that you coded with your pc or mac that i would imagine has the time and weather listed in your system tray as you code away and troubleshoot to make a sub par version of a device a means of sensing something people have been doing without Esp for 100s if not 1000s of years. you didn't reinvent the wheel . You made a rolling circle with a big chip in the middle that every so often catches a rock and throws your as on the ground. I'm not trying to be mean or belittle, but every time I scour for new project ideas, these stupid ass sensor projects are at the top of the list. I made iPad desk out of an orange pi 5 plus and an old 55' 4k smart tv last week with 11tb worth ROMs and working emulators from commadoor to ps3 and xbox 360. i gave it a tpu and trained it to turn on only to my face and voice and integrated an old leap motion camera to track my hands so I never had to use a mouse, and topped it off with hidden shelves and compartments only accessible by my RFID card. You build a doplar radar thats accurate out of arduino, pi, esp, u might catch my interest. Hell, i made a clock last month out of an old Mobo the disc from a SATA drive and the motor from an old electric screwdriver. Didn't program anything. sorry, that's been eating at me for a couple of years now
