Thank you SO much for sharing. I have been living with no suffering for years. Sometimes, discomfort comes up but it is let go of very quickly as I know it is a passing experience and not who I am.

Thanks. Exactly ‘my’ current story...waiting for another hyperbliss, not noticing the subtle inner equanimity in daily life...then it gets veiled by this subtle kind of suffering, the doubt that this it not it, and so it isn’t.

Perfect, needed to hear this again! I've had these 'peak' experiences and felt I had lost 'enlightenment' but actually no, just had to integrate these experiences and then live life from a more expanded view.

I think people are searching for a high similar to when they are on some form of psychedelics and have a peak experience. Thinking that the moment of enlightenment will feel like this. When in reality, as Roger says, the experience is much more subtle and everyday.

I had what he had, but I lost t when I stopped meditating. I was meditating at least 2 hours a day and I was doing 45 minute yoga practice. I experienced some of the most glorious days of my.life:)

Yes, 'just be' is probably the best:) Osho also said: To be is enough, nothing can be added!

Just Be is easy to say but not easy to live it.\ It is needed a lot of sincere, daily moment to moment practice for a long time ( And many life times for most) in order to Be established in awareness as awareness.

I believe that the peak experiences that we so much crave for are produced in the brain and can become permanent when the brain rewires itself after going through many of these peak experiences. Nonetheless, these experiences feel good, but they are just like the icing on the cake. Therefore, at some point, this "icing on the cake" may become a permanent feeling along with our rediscovery of the Self which in itself is free of "experiences". Well, I might be wrong about this philosophical approach to the experience of enlightenment, but it is an explanation that pleases the mind, doesn't it?

I don’t know much but what I have learned through various discourses and spiritual books is :it’s not mind at all but our soul. Permanent blissful happens only in soul. Blissful only for soul. Mind is only the trouble maker. 🙏. Don’t know much but what I feel I just shared.

Hi Sulocha, I totally agree with you, the soul is liberated during a permanent peak experience. However, scientific research on the brain shows that such spiritual changes also appear in the brain as new brain neurons branch out and reconnect so that the person feels the change in the body also. The soul is the "reality", the brain is the receptor, the antenna that receives the messages from the soul, without the brain adapting to the spiritual change there will be no feelings of enlightenment for the person. In summary, when the soul changes, the brain also changes to capture the blissful feeling of enlightenment.
