Warthunder, which is also published by gaijin, has some single player content to offer, although it is very limited. Maybe the Enlisted devs will add some, I don't recall seeing anything confirming or denying single player content, although if they do add it I'd expect it to be very basic.

No, you can operate the tank on your own, and I guess you could just send the bots to die, but there's no way of spawning solo
