Can someone please tell me what type of premium or battle pass is needed to be able to bring every single squad of that BR into battle. Is it an affiliate thing or what?

you have to buy every slot individually

Any amount of Premium gives you 2 more squad slots: 1 infantry squad and 1 vehicle squad. Then if you want more you'll have to spend a lot of gold for each extra slot, so you should wait for a sale before you do this
