The set included a stadium! As for why Doppio got it, he had no idea what to get her, so he got something HE would like. It just happened to work out really well! He also thought Chibisuke was a little older so he wanted to get something he and Enna could use. Maybe someday when he’s a little older she can introduce it to him.

Enna is a boring present giver. That's something your parents give you as they don't know what you like and want to give someone they need in everyday life that's also cheap. At least go to the store to get the toilet roll hanger that was on their list. Then she gets the most interesting present which made her happy and healed her childhood slightly.
