Tamil prog metal? I am all for it. I mean where do I start? You had me with those opening bass chords but then I heard you sing and I was like 'wait that's unfair', then the rest of the band kicked in and I was like 'whoa', and then you end with that blazing mandolin solo. Have no idea how you made all of that work as a cohesive piece but I am a press the replay button repeatedly. Fantastic.

Had this playing in the background due to autoplay and KZbin decided I should listen to this song. You had my attention at 02:50 with the scat piece but 04:00 is where I dropped whatever I was doing and sat in 100% attention as you began the slap bass riff before the other gentleman went on his guitar solo, beautifully weaving one of the best examples of carnatic fused with western rock I've heard. I often return now to listen to the whole song, it has definitely grown on me. My wife had me listen to the original film version, but I prefer this any day! Rock on!
