Certainly a valid point Jeremy, for some who wanna enjoy 1825 to 3650 days is more than enough on this land and with a plot of this size at this rate. Will you consider it affordable and rare in 5 to 10 years time at say 6m? 73 is a looong time with many cycles to go don’t you think?

It’s a good suggestion but it’s also not for the intended buyer of this property Jeremy, the person who takes over this space likely values the time spent in the luxury of the glorious space and dignified ownership of a plot of over 10000sf of land being the biggest in the whole estate for miles and miles. To each his own right? Everyone has their own needs:)
