Kino what you are doing is fantastic. This is a VOLUNTEER program that is helping the COMMUNITY. These Volunteers are not on a payroll but they are shown appreciation through numerous dedicated donors. The program gives exposure to the many talents these Volunteers are blessed with. For anyone that moves on from the program it’s a blessing. Thank them for the time and work done. This opens an opportunity for new Volunteers to show his/her talent and contribution to the Team and Community. No one knew the conditions ANY of the TEAM MEMBERS were living in until you turn the camera on them, yet everyday they showed up and WORK HARD WITH A SMILE ON THEIR FACES. Continue your mission Kino. As you said its a voluntary programme and these persons who are volunteering are adults who have responsibilities and bill to be paid. They all can not rely on hands out therefore, for Natural to move on is not necessarily a negative thing because he has contributed a lot to the programme even though his profession is in demand he has volunteered and dedicated as must as he could and it should be recognised no matter what. @@elizabethwilliams8764 Do you realizes that without those volunteers doing the manual labour, the program would not work. There's nothing wrong for these volunteers to find jobs to sustain themselves however, do you think their bosses would give them time off work to go and do volunteering work when Kino is ready for them , or do you think that once they got a job they would want to leave it, would yourself do that? You are speaking as if these people are assistance from the extendend family everyday. As a matter of fact, away from few of the people who give the dream team shout, their work is not recognised enough, even from Kino himself. How many times when he's doing his other blog , have you heard him mentioned the Dream team members? As i have said before , without the Dream team members , this house building / renovation charity would not work , and that is the reality. What Kino needs to do is, if his thing is not monitised as yet to do so that at least, the workers can get a little something for their contribution. These people are adults and have responsibilities and while they are doing charitable work it would be the nice and decent thing for them to get some reward from the owner of the chanel if he's financially gaining from work they are all putting in. This is not bashing Kino, This is looking from the outside in and thinking about fairness. One hand can not clap. Come on, and put emotions aside and Keep it real!

I expressed my sympathy for the men the last time how that guy was yelling at them and I believe that people with those attitude is not suitable to be on your program. If he can't do it then don't bring that attitude before the world stay away please. Kino keep doing your project. In life there is a thing such as "process of elimination" It is just that.
