I'd like to see you do the video in real-life situation working from under the love seat. This doesn't really show how and where things need to be connected. I have a love seat but each recliner has its own motor. Your instructions say I needed an E4 pack and an extension. That didn't work. I had to get a Y splitter and looking at your directions online they made no sense. I figured it out myself but wanted you to know your directions were useless to me. If I had known it would be such a hassle and because these are very expensive, I never would have bought one.

What connects to the other side of the power pack? The video and diagram.s only shows one side being connect. Thanks.

Hi Ray. The other wire on the Power Pack is a port for recharging. Each Power Pack comes with a charger for your convenience. I hope this was helpful! If you had any additional questions feel free to contact us via our website.

Why does the battery hold a long steady beep sound while charging? This sound can go up to about 10 minutes before so get annoyed and unplug it.
@enouvation4 жыл бұрын
This can happen if your power pack is severely depleted and needs to be recharged. In these cases, the beeping will cease when charge is restored to at least 10%. Under normal circumstances, the interactive low power alert will only sound when you open or close your furniture while power is low. If you had any other questions, our customer care team is happy to help. Visit our website and click "contact us" to get in touch.

How do I charge it
@enouvation Жыл бұрын
If you refer to the still shot at 1:32, the female connection port at the top of your screen attaches to the provided Enouvation charger. The charger is then connected to wall power. Be sure to disconnect the pack from your furniture when charging. Additional information and resources are available on our website. If you had additional questions please submit an inquiry on our contact form.
