Because there are multiple state separatist fervor and tension prevailing in various corners of the country. Even right next door like demand for Karbi Land & Bodoland in Assam, Kukiland in Manipur, us with our Greater Nagalim and FNT demand, and some similar demand in Meghalaya, and then Gurkhaland in West Bengal, Khalistan and Ladakh in North India. It is a chaotic time to be at the Centre. But chaos is a ladder which will benefit untouchable people like Rio while we bicker amongst ourselves.
