The one strategy for dealing with Doomsday that they never mention because the writers have written themselves into a corner. Send him to the far distant Future. "Sensing the current time" is NOT a Doomsday capability.

@@TheCarterKent there are a lot of different ways to deal with Doomsday. They just don’t because of the plot. They can easily just teleport him into orbit or Superman could have easily just thrown him into orbit during this flight . Doomsday shouldn’t be that hard to deal with if the heroes just used their powers correctly.

I wonder what if supes threw doomsday into the sun, would he be able to survive would he burn away? And trying to contain doomsday is really not a good idea for eventually doomsday will escape.

He doesn’t have to throw him into the sun. He can just throw him into orbit. Doomsday won’t die and he would be stuck there. However, there would be no story to tell. Doomsday isn’t really that hard to beat if everyone actually used their powers instead of just brawling with him.

Bad idea. By first Doomsday will get heat immunity and second he will wait for sun plasma burst to shoot him away.
